Riverbend Reno
The Riverbend Reno is located in Oxbow, ND. This renovation is a series of multi room additions including custom cabinetry, new flooring, countertops and backsplash. These photos show the process of concept to completion from beginning, middle (renderings) and final reveal. These changes transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary.
THE MOSAIC DISTRICT reno
The Mosaic District is located near downtown Fargo, ND. This building houses several female owned small businesses, making it an experience in itself. This building was originally full of dark office spaces, drop ceilings and carpet. We knew this building would be special, so we added some windows, took down those drop ceilings and ripped out that carpet.
kintsugi home reno
The Kintsugi Home Reno is located in Fargo, ND. This renovation was a such an incredible transformation. We completely changed the aesthetic from dark and dated, to bright and unique - providing our clients a one of a kind home. This home was named Kintsugi based off the Japanese art of broken pottery that is then bound back together with gold making it extremely rare and unique.
rose creek reno
The Rose Creek Reno is located in Fargo, ND. We took this rarely used, dark kitchen and turned it into the essence of Cape Cod charm. The amount of natural light that now floods the space makes for an enjoyable entertainment space that is now heavily utilized.
costal luxe reno
The Costal Luxe Reno is located in Fargo, ND. We were first greeted by an unfinished basement, begging for some love. To stray from having this space feel like a “basement”, we knew we wanted to paint the whole space white. To ensure the space wasn’t overwhelming with white, we included soft color tones, mixed with rich metals and cozy furnishings. This space is the perfect balance for some R&R time.
